Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings assigned to them below. References to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

Use of the baru02 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied on an ongoing basis for the duration of your Account's existence:

• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while holding an active baru02 Account.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. If you are subject to any legal restriction that prevents you from entering into contracts, you are not eligible to register.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of baru02 or any of its affiliated entities, technology providers, or game studio partners.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory. baru02 reserves the right to update the list of Restricted Territories at any time without prior notice.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion database or have an active self-exclusion in place with baru02. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent their exclusion by opening a new account.
• You must not have been previously banned, suspended, or permanently excluded from the baru02 Platform for any reason including, but not limited to, fraud, abuse of promotions, or provision of false information.

3.1 Registration Process

To access baru02's products and services, you must complete the online registration process and create a single Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, email address, and a secure password of your choosing.

Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of any balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where required.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only on the baru02 Platform. Opening duplicate, secondary, or multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or under a different name or email address — is strictly prohibited. baru02 reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts and to void all associated wagers and bonus claims.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any one-time authentication codes with any other person. baru02 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your credentials.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must contact baru02 support immediately via live chat so that the Account can be secured. baru02 offers optional two-factor authentication (2FA) for all Accounts, which we strongly recommend enabling.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, baru02 is required to verify your identity in accordance with its KYC obligations. You will be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (KTP — Indonesian National Identity Card, or passport).
• Proof of residential address (bank statement, utility bill, or official correspondence dated within the past three months).
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or statement of the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits).

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by baru02 will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is complete. baru02 processes KYC submissions within one to three business days under normal operating conditions.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

baru02 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following payment channels: bank transfers to and from BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata; and e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in IDR at face value with no currency conversion applied.

4.2 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amounts are stated on the Cashier page within your Account and are subject to change. Current minimums start at Rp 10.000 for e-wallet deposits and Rp 25.000 for bank transfers.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the sender is not the Account holder — are prohibited and will be returned where possible, with the Account subject to review.
• baru02 credits confirmed deposits to your Account balance in real time for e-wallets and within one to five minutes for bank transfers under normal network conditions.
• baru02 does not charge deposit processing fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees, for which baru02 accepts no responsibility.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawal requests are processed during operating hours (WIB, UTC+7). The majority of withdrawal requests are dispatched on the same calendar day they are submitted.
• You must have completed KYC verification before your first withdrawal can be processed. Subsequent withdrawals may trigger additional verification checks at baru02's discretion.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum single withdrawal limits are set per payment method and are displayed in the Cashier section of your Account.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the details used for deposits where possible. baru02 will not process withdrawals to accounts belonging to third parties.
• Any balance derived exclusively from bonus funds that has not met the applicable wagering requirements is not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements are satisfied.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

baru02 is committed to preventing the use of its Platform for money laundering or any other financial crime. The Company reserves the right to request additional documentation, delay withdrawals pending investigation, or report suspicious transaction patterns to the relevant authorities. Depositing funds without any intention to use them for genuine betting or gaming activity is prohibited.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

baru02 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of a conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds awarded by baru02 are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) will be stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms. Wagering contributions by game type are as follows (indicative — check individual promotion pages for the exact contribution table):

• Slots: 100% wagering contribution.
• Live Casino (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack): 10% wagering contribution.
• Sportsbook pre-match single bets (odds ≥ 1.50): 100% wagering contribution.
• Sportsbook mix parlay (multi-leg accumulators): 100% wagering contribution.
• Bandar Q and Poker: 20% wagering contribution.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

baru02 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Behaviour that constitutes abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; placing low-risk or arbitrage bets designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk; using automated betting strategies or bots in conjunction with bonus funds; and colluding with other players to fulfil wagering requirements. Any account found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have all bonus funds and associated winnings voided, and the account may be permanently suspended.

5.4 Expiry

Bonus funds and any associated wagering requirements expire within the timeframe specified in each promotion's terms (typically 7 to 30 days from the date the bonus is credited). Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from the Account balance without compensation.

6.1 Sportsbook

All sportsbook bets placed on the baru02 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and market. baru02 reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by obvious pricing errors, technical faults, or data feed failures. In the event of match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules published on the Platform. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets where one or more legs are voided will be settled with the voided leg removed and the remaining legs counted at the original odds.

6.2 Live Casino & Slots

All live casino games are supplied by licensed third-party studios including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live. In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, baru02 will settle the round based on the recorded game state at the time of disconnection. Where a round cannot be determined, the stake will be returned. Slot games are governed by the RNG (Random Number Generator) systems of the respective game studios, all of which are independently certified. Malfunction of any game voids all pays and play for the affected round.

6.3 Prohibited Practices

The following practices are strictly prohibited on the baru02 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of funds:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scrapers, or any mechanical, electronic, or other device that provides an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in any baru02 game or platform component to obtain a financial benefit. Any winnings obtained via a known or suspected bug must be reported immediately and will be voided pending investigation.
• Colluding with other Players in card games, poker tournaments, or any game where collusion distorts the natural outcome.
• Placing bets on behalf of third parties or operating a syndicate through a single baru02 Account.

baru02 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all of its products and services. We believe that gambling should remain a form of entertainment and that Players should always be in control of their activity on our Platform.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Players at no cost and without restriction from within the Account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose within a defined time period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive in-session notifications at set intervals to remind you how long you have been playing.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict your access to the Platform for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude your Account from the baru02 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. Permanently excluded accounts cannot be reopened.

All content on the baru02 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, audio, and video content — is the intellectual property of baru02 or its licensed third-party content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the baru02 Platform without prior written consent from baru02.

The baru02 name, logo, and all associated brand identifiers are trademarks of baru02. Unauthorised use of any baru02 trademark, including in domain names, social media handles, or advertising materials, is strictly prohibited.

baru02 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

baru02 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with third-party service providers (KYC vendors, payment processors, game studios) is strictly limited to what is necessary for the provision of the relevant service and is governed by appropriate data processing agreements.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, baru02 and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to access the baru02 Platform.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings arising in connection with the Platform, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service offered through it, whether caused by technical failures, maintenance, force majeure events, or otherwise.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or game RTP figures.
• Any actions or omissions of third-party game studios, payment processors, or other service providers integrated into the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits baru02's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by baru02's gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Where liability cannot be excluded entirely, baru02's total cumulative liability to a Player in respect of all claims arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their baru02 Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.1 Termination by the Player

You may close your baru02 Account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Before closure, all pending withdrawal requests must be settled and any active wagering requirements associated with bonus funds must be forfeited. Unused real-money balances will be returned to your verified payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

11.2 Suspension or Termination by baru02

baru02 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The Player is found to be under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under Section 2.
• The Player has provided false, incomplete, or misleading information at any point, including during registration or KYC.
• The Player has engaged in, or is suspected of engaging in, fraud, cheating, collusion, bonus abuse, money laundering, or any other prohibited practice described in these Terms & Conditions.
• The Player's Account is flagged by baru02's risk management or fraud detection systems as presenting an unacceptable risk.
• baru02 is required to take action by a court order, regulatory directive, or other legal obligation.

In cases of confirmed fraud or prohibited conduct, baru02 reserves the right to void all associated wagers and forfeit the Account balance without refund.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which baru02 holds its international operating licence. baru02 operates as an internationally licensed platform serving players in Indonesia.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through baru02's internal complaints procedure (described in Section 14) may be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised international arbitration body as specified in baru02's dispute resolution policy. Players retain any statutory rights they may hold under Indonesian consumer protection law that cannot be excluded by agreement.

baru02 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any jurisdiction outside of its licensed operating regions. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the baru02 Platform complies with any laws applicable to them in their own jurisdiction.

baru02 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a change is material, baru02 will provide reasonable notice by publishing a notification on the Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Where a change is minor or administrative (for example, correction of typographical errors or clarification of existing provisions), it may take effect immediately without separate notice.

Your continued use of the baru02 Platform following the publication of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 11.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. baru02 recommends that all Players bookmark this page and check for updates whenever they visit the Platform.
